Our Ordering Process

We are excited to send you your order of magic mushrooms or other psychedelics. Please read about our ordering process transparently if you have any questions or concerns about ordering mushrooms online.

Ordering Process

Our store is easy to use; browse by category and find your desired products. You must be aged 19+ to order.

  3. Checkout

Upon checkout, you must provide your shipping information; please ensure it is correct (we will email you for confirmation of any discrepancies to ensure it reaches its intended destination).

Once you fill in your information, you can finish your order with the “Checkout” button and proceed to payment. Your order will be cancelled automatically in 48 hours if we don’t receive payment.

Payment Methods

Our payment methods are incredibly convenient and secure. You must send payment after you place your order for it to be processed. You will then receive confirmation your order is being processed.

E-transfer

This is the best way to pay in Canada. It is fast, free and completely secure. Log into your online banking and complete an E-transfer with the instructions from your order receipt.

After you place your order, you will see a “Thank you” page with instructions, and an email will be sent.

Bitcoin

You can pay by Bitcoin using Shakepay or your crypto wallet. We provide full instructions on how to sign up for Shakepay and send your funds. Please read our guide to pay with Bitcoin.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing: We process orders ASAP during business hours once we receive payment. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.

Shipping Times: 1-3 days Western Canada, 2-5 days Eastern Canada

Signature Required: If you would like a “Signature Required” for your package delivery, please make an order note or email us after you order. They are not required by default.

Packaging: All of our products are packaged in individual packaging, which is put in a standard shipping box, completely discreet and unnoticeable.

Product Guarantee & Reimbursements

We want to ensure you are satisfied with your products. If you are unhappy, please get in touch with us about your situation, and we will resolve it.

We cannot offer refunds but will provide complete reimbursements in points for any unsatisfactory products. Read our refund policy for more info.

Customer Privacy

Our customer privacy and safety is important to us. Our website uses the latest in security software, firewall and secure hosting. We use a fully encrypted SSL connection and secure payment process, which requires no stored information.

We preserve customer data on our secure server for ordering and user experience; the information we have is what you’ve provided, your billing and/or shipping address, name and email. If you want your data removed, please get in touch with us, and we will delete it immediately.

Our analytics data (Google) is all anonymized, and we only use one other 3rd party software that stores data. If you have signed up for our newsletter, your email is stored securely on Klaviyo servers, with access restricted to us only.
